Add categories via selection fields on upload

Hi, I’m trying to find a way to add tags and categories to multiple images/videos via a form (ideally).

The way I see it working, you could make various selections throughout the form. Each selection would be a tag or a category. You would drag and drop your media files to upload and upon submitting, each media item would have those tags and categories added to them.

I hope that makes sense… is something like that possible? I’ve done some hunting around but it’s a case of not even knowing what to search for! haha
