Caution: no money back!

  • The construction of Onepages is easy with this plugin, similar to other pagebuilders. The Builder has a completely independent design.

    With the promise to be “Easiest Landing Page Builder For WordPress”, you expect that not only the construction is simple, but also the results are good.

    In the desktop view on larger monitors, everything actually looks perfect. The shock only comes when you look at the result on a smartphone. Fonts, content and areas overlap. The navigation scales poorly. Unfortunately, it’s anything but responsive.

    I bought the pro version, hope that it would work better and promise additional options. Far from it. It only contains a lot of content forkes without essential functional enhancements and unfortunately also more bugs.

    The 100% Money Back Guarantee is highlighted on the homepage of themesgrove.com alias themexpert.com. Also this promise is not kept. Despite multiple requests for refunds I have not received my money until today. Because of the dubious practices, it is not advisable to buy.

    One star, because you have a good looking backend with the free version and the results are usefull for some devices but not responsive. forget the pro version.

    I’m really sorry that Onepager doesn’t work as you expected. We released 2.0.6 entirely fixing all responsive issue and PRO version is coming with tons of new features. We’d to delay PRO release because of the features.

    Would you please give me the ticket number you asked for refund ? I’ll issue refund. We are here for long time business and want to make our customer feel safe.

    Finally, I would like to inform you that Themesgrove have not responded to my e-mails any further. The money has not been refunded.

    I noticed that at least some of the positive 5 star reviews via alias domains are from Themesgrove.

    Such offers shouldn’t find a place in the wonderful WordPress community.
