can’t up load photos

    Recently upgraded to WP2.8, hosting platform Amazon. I can’t seem to upload photos! I can link to photos at an url, but not upload photos from my computer. I would like to get my custom made banner up, but no luck. It won’t upload. I ‘ve tried uploading jpg and png files. Nothing works. Thanks for any insight into this serious dilemma!
