Posts & Pages columns are misaligned

  • Somehow the posts and pages columns inside my wordpress are misaligned. Not sure how this happened. I messed around with the screen options. Uncheck everything and check everything one by one but alas.

    As you can see from the screenshot
    1. The checkbox is misaligned

    2. The columns don’t expand all the way to the right.

    Any ideas what this could be? Also is there a way to manually set these column widths?
