    Hi,
    I have a problem changing the number of tickets in an order
    I have an order for 50 tickets which I have reduced to 40 in WC order details. Suddenly, it only appears with 30 tickets in OTC reports. If I change the order to 50 tickets again, there are still only 30 tickets on the order in the OTC report even though there are 50 tickets registered in WC order. It is the same in advanced tools. Now I have to reduce the capacity in event area with 20 tickets, to avoid selling too many tickets.

    Versions:
    WP 5.1
    OTC 2.9.0
    WC 3.5.6

    Hi There, Have you tried updating to the most current versions? Also remember to clear the Opentickets System Status Tools buttons. However if the issue is still prensent please email us at [email protected] a login access. Please know that is a live forum so we insist that no site login info be sent to this platform.
