The guy who was given that review also not contacted us anytime before posting the reviews & the time you are talking about is 7 months ago where we did major UI changes in our plugin version 2.1.
At that time we have updated the documents, FAQs & installation processes description & the update notice in the Admin panel that for this update please remove the old version first & add the new one from the scratch & verify the settings again.
And the users who are reading it carefully had never faced this issue. When something Major changes are there, we always inform our users in all the possible ways that these are the changes so please read the instructions & documents carefully.
Can you please explain How many times you were facing this issue & from which version to which version you get this?
