    On one my clients website when I try to connect with client if and Secret key.
    It displays a success message, but won’t get connected.
    Also the client ID and secret key disappear after saving.
    Can you please help?

  • I also experience this problem. Seems to happen every time WordPress updates? The only way I’ve been able to fix it is to completely remove the plugin from the website source code and re-install.

    Then build all integration to campaign monitor from within the Plugin, don’t create the API details from within your campaign monitor login.
