Can’t get anything to work

I’m trying to use the plugin on a website and can’t connect to the admin through the WP Admin page. I keep getting {status:0} as a response to my AJAX request.

On wp-chat.com, I am getting a 500 Internal Error when I try to view the Operators page.

Additionally, I can’t generate a key (option “chats_site_key”) for my site, therefore the plugin doesn’t work.

I’ve tried the plugin a while back and it worked fine, which is why I recommended it for a production project, but now, I’m regretting my choice as nothing seems to work.
