Upgrade to 2.3

Hi everyone,
I got pointed to a small typo in the modified events-manager.js file. That made all location form fields in the Edit Event page readonly, even if no default location was set.

I have corrected this in version 2.3, but in order to reload the correct files, please deactivate and reactivate this plugin right after upgrading to 2.3.
