validation message not display just border box and not send email

Hi there
I have trouble with the validation/ error message when I submit the form, is not display any text, just a red border box or yellow box, and the form is not sent it. but save in the backend of “Contact Form CFDB7” plugin.
Current WP version: 5.0.3
Contact form 7 Version 5.1.1
Server: Godaddy

Here’s what I trying to troubleshoot but still not helping
1. Deactivate all plugin beside contact form 7
2. Used default WP theme
3. Change htaccess to default WP one.
4. I install check email plugin to make sure WP can send the email, and I did get one.
5. Server machine was PHP 7.2, I revert back to PHP 5.6
6. Install “WP Mail SMTP” plugin to set send the email by PHP instead of SMTP
7. I turn on the debug log, nothing related to form.
8. I did check the contact form message setting, all of them are full of text.

Couple things I notice might cause issue:
I did see the form action have this URL, but I did not add it, I just paste the shortcode in the template, is this possible causing issue?

I’m moving the site from another server to GoDaddy server, it’s not live yet, only will work on my private machine (which is I trick my computer URL to the new hosting server until we ready to move.) and the live site has SSL, and this staging one doesn’t have SSL, so my console error have this
An SSL certificate error occurred when fetching the script.
