Can’t open install file

    Hello –

    First off, I am not tech-savvy, so I probably should not have even attempted this install by myself, because I am so completely confused now. My host is 1and1, and I followed the WordPress instructions for updating the config file and uploading everything to my host. The problem is, I can’t get the install file to open – I get this message:

    Warning: main(/homepages/17/d290464435/htdocs/wp-includes/classes.php) [function.main]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /homepages/17/d290464435/htdocs/wp-settings.php on line 248

    Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
