Not working in WordPress 5.1

This seems to be a CSS conflict, possibly with another active plugin on your website. Please add the following CSS code to Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS section:

.fm-form-container {
    display: block !important;
}

Clear the cache of the web browser afterwards and check the results.

I have the same problem. The forms dont appear on the pages. Preview also not working. I dont find where to insert this: “Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS”?!

Adding the code to the Additional CSS does make the form appear but you cant submit the form. Clicking the Submit button does nothing.
