How do users “Auto Subscribe” to all the reply emails ?

    Hi, I want users to get reply emails for the thread they started. My users are not getting emails (the one who started the conversation). One has to click to “Subscribe to updates” but i want that to work automatically.

    To make them automatically subscribed to own topics I recommend enable the Topic subscription option on post editor - checked/enabled option in Dashboard > Forums > Settings > Features Tab.

    Please note, this kind of options don’t comply GDPR and they are not manageable.

    Users have signed up on the platform, But the moment they try answering the question, it says, sign in or register even though they are logged in. please look; https://www.digitalphablet.com/forums/digital-marketing-forum-pakistan/2019-trends-for-pakistani-markets/#post-17

    This is a cache issue. Cache is not being reset when user login, so the loaded page is still guest page (page for not logged in user).
    wpForo already has a built-in cache system. Please make sure all other cache plugins or hosting service cache are totally disabled for forum page. Only for forum page, other pages of your website should not be excluded.

    After excluding forum page from cache systems, please open a private/incognito tab of mobile browser to test it. Mobile browser caches are also very hard, they are not reset automatically.
