Chrome issues with uploading Media

First, please make sure that Chrome is up to date: https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/95414

If it is, please do these two things:

1. Try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies: https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/32050

2. Try with all browser extensions or add-ons temporarily disabled: https://support.google.com/chrome_webstore/answer/2664769

If that doesn’t work, you left out the exact problem in your post above, so please let us know exactly what is happening. ??

I have updated Chrome and cleared the Cache. I will try the extensions next. Thanks, I hadn’t thought about those.

Basically, when I hit add new media, nothing happens. I can’t add new media in the media library or in a blog post.
