Broken Images when “Ocean Extra” is enabled

Can you please tell me where you are seeing broken links after installing the plugin? Also, try to increase the memory limit to 256M or higher – https://docs.oceanwp.org/article/56-increasing-memory-limit-to-php

For the subheading, Edit the shop page > OceanWP settings metabox > Title tab and edit/add your subheading. Add a space if you want to hide it.

it’s mainly on the blog posts
so the first place I noticed the broken links was on our blog page
https://northwest-security.co.uk/our-latest-posts/

it has affected the background image here (at the top where it’s showing a black banner) https://northwest-security.co.uk/crime-updates/domestic-property-crime/
but images within the post are ok

Did you move your site from one server to another? Try to clear the cache and check it fixes the issue or not.
One more thing, disable all the plugins except Ocean Extra and check it works or not.

Nope, not moved servers or anything, just changed the theme. I disabled all other plugins then clear the cash, reloaded the site and its fixed the issue of blog post feature images not loading on https://northwest-security.co.uk/our-latest-posts/

But I’m still having issues the feature images in the header not always showing. it looks like its loading sometimes on different devices. but if I keep reloading the page, it sometimes loads. If it loads it then won’t go when I change the page. So if the header image loads on https://northwest-security.co.uk/our-latest-posts/ and then go on the home page, the same images loads in the header on the home page.

Go to Customize > General Options > General Styling and select WP Head instead of Custom File. Clear cache and check it works or not.
For the featured image in page header on posts page, go to Customize > Blog > Single Posts and select featured Image in the header.
