Conflict with ThimPress Course Builder

    Hi,

    I have come across a conflict between UM and Thimpress’ Course Builder theme. It’s causing my login page to redirect to the wp-admin login page on incorrect username or password entry.

    Is this a known conflict, and is there anything I can do to fix it?

    Hi @gsindall,

    Do you have this issue on the default WordPress theme?
    Have you assigned correct login page in Ultimate member -> Settings -> General-> Pages?
    Is it possible to disable custom page builder and use built-in WordPress page builder?
    Have you tried to do a quick conflict test so we can rule out conflicts with other plugins? Here is the doc on how to do a conflict test if you are not sure how to do it.

    Here’s the answers to your questions:

    No the issue is not there with the default wordpress theme, only ThimPress Coursebuilder.

    Yes have assigned the correct login page that works fine, it’s only when someone enters an incorrect username or password into the UM login form that they get redirected to the wp admin login.

    We can’t disable the custom page builder (wp bakery) as our site is live and it is all built with wp bakery.

    Yes we ran a conflict test it’s definitely the theme and not another plugin.
