i don’t see any heatmap dots on any of the pages

  • i have activated the plugin and isee the little heatmap button on my admin bar and also the statistics in the pull-in tab on the side. but i don’t see any heatmap dots on my screen… how can i see it ?

    Hello,
    there is something strange with the CSS or JS of your site. When displaying the homepage on desktop the document.body.scrollLeft=36173, like if the page was already scrolled very far to the right.
    That’s what’s causing the issue.
    Can you clarify why the scrollLeft value is so high even though the page was not scrolled at all?

    i do not see this code when i inspect the code of my homepage. can you tell me where you see it ?

    This is not in the code of your page.
    Normally when you load a page, it’s not scrolled, and if you type document.body.scrollLeft in the console, you get zero. On your site, when typing document.body.scrollLeft in the console, you get 36173, which means the pages is scrolled by a huge amount.
    I’m not sure what’s causing that, but this is what breaks the display of our heatmap.
