    Hi Henry,
It appears as if I’ve got a couple of products setup since they are showing on the site as expected. When I try to place a test order by adding to cart, the site continues to try to add the product to the cart but nothing ever happens. Then, if I reload the page it shows the service in the cart, but when I go to checkout it says please enter at least 1 IMEI.

I am using SU with WC Vendors (a marketplace plugin). Is something misconfigured on my end? Thanks in advance.

    Hello,

Sorry to hear about the issues you are having. The StockUnlocks plugin has not been tested along with the WC Vendors plugin.

Is there’s any way you can simply disable the plugin and test using only the StockUnlocks plugin and the “standard” WoocCommerce plugin? In other words, will your website function normally if you temporarily disable that particular plugin?

Have you tested your website with reseller.stockunlocks.com?

I highly recommend to test the plugin with an account created with reseller.stockunlocks.com. This eliminates any doubt regarding the configuration of the plugin with your existing website.

If we test with a known working configuration. Everything else can be narrowed down afterwards. This gives us a good point of reference.

If you haven’t already, please create your account here: https://reseller.stockunlocks.com/singup.html

I will mark this as “resolved” based on your comments below:

I have disabled the plugin [Improved Product Options for WooCommerce] for now and it’s allowing me to place orders as expected as a test customer.

However, we have determined that there was an additional problem that involves your web hosting environment and folder permissions. In order for the StockUnlocks plugin to function, it needs to be able to create documents in its own subfolders. Certain hosting environments will not allow this. Therefore, the StockUnlocks plugin will not function properly in your current hosting environment.

A custom solution is being considered.
