Pop-up Not Working Elementor Site

I have the same problem! The pop up doesn’t appear. I set it to appear when there is intention to leave the page and when scrolling 50% down. It is set up for the entire site. I’ve tried it several times, with other models. I have the latest version of wordpress, elemental pro and elementor free.
