Failed to import images from media library

    Hi,

    When I try to add images to a gallery from “Import from Media Library” option, I get the error: Failed to import images from media library.

    The dropdown is set to “All dates”, which has a lot of files. When I select the dropdown to pick a month to just show the images for a month, there are no files associated with a month.

    My first thought was because we have so many image files (10,000) that the plugin might be running out of cache space to load all the images and erroring out. I’m not sure.

    However, I am not able to create any more galleries. I”m completely dead in the water.

    Would appreciate any insights.

    This problem might be a conflict with another plugin on your website.
    Please try to deactivate the rest of your plugins and check whether the problem persists.

    Also, if possible, please temporarily switch the theme of your website and see if the issue occurs.

    You can re-activate the plugins and change the theme back again after troubleshooting.

    Please inform us of the results.
