Push notifications not working on some devices even after enabling notifications

  • Hi Support Team,

    First of all thanks for developing a nice plugin. I am facing a strange issue. The push notifications are working perfectly on desktop and on some devices but not working on some devices (specifically on Samsung Note 4 and iPhone 6s I tested). Can you please look into it?

    Please let me know what information I have to share.

  • Hi @vermadililpjpr,

    iPhone still does not provide proper support for the service worker, thats why you may have faced this issue. regarding Samsung Note 4, It should work. Can you uninstall service worker from note 4 and reinstall it again after clearing cache.?
