It’s not responsive. When viewing with mobiles & tablets, after clicking on one currency, the whole currency bar moved up to the top and the first currency can’t showed up.

Hello, @wpbetsy
Thank you for contacting us!
Please provide us link where we can see this issue on your site.
We will try to help you!I can’t show you easily. Have you created for example 5 currencies and check it at mobile? Try to click on the currencies, you will see that after clicking on one currency and the top currency will move out of screen after refreshing the page.
I checked the position of a switcher and tried the way you saying about. But the currency didn’t move out. Can you change vertical or horizontal panel offset for mobile? I think you set it at 0, and it displays not correct on your mobile screen.

Try and let me know if it helps, please
Best regardsThere’s no horizontal panel at my admin panel. https://imgur.com/a/IrbzRVI
I have already set vertical panel to 50.Also, at display rules, I have chosen “both” but now it doesn’t show up at mobile view at all.
if it does not show at the mobile view, check if you enable this option https://gyazo.com/e979ce182d550c4915d0661cfa4cbb30
the switcher will be displayed only under the selected conditions, maybe that’s why.
Disable option and check, please.
If “Show on screen already” disabled, please provide us with a link where we can see this issue on your site.
Best regardIt’s okay now. By the way, will the currency rate update automatically?
It’s great!
WooCommerce Currency Switcher allows to update exchange rates manually in a free version, Automatic exchange rate is available in pro version, where are you can update currency rate every minute, hourly, twice a day, daily, weekly
You can find all detailed info in this article Manual and Automatic exchange rateI tried to install this plugin on another woocommerce site. However, when I clicked on “get rate”, it failed. It said no data.
@wpbetsy
Do you use Free Converter as Currency aggregator? If yes, you need to set the free API key. If the field is empty, Free Converter will use the default API key – this may create an error when getting the exchange rate.https://gyazo.com/1508b31504863b35aba2962e275fb5cb

Let’s together, step by step will complete all settings and add the currency switcher into your website.
If you already completed some of these points, just skip it.
1. Move to WooCommerce > Setting > Currency. https://mk0woobewooh0y8boa8s.kinstacdn.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/06/Currency-plugin-location.png
2. In the Currency tab set your WooCommerce shop basic currency. Press “set as a main”. Then choose currencies you want to add from drop-down lists.
Here is a detailed instruction about all settings for Currency tab https://woobewoo.com/documentation/currency-main-settings/#1
3. Move to the Options tab to select an aggregator
https://mk0woobewooh0y8boa8s.kinstacdn.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/06/Currency-options-768×400.png
Select Free Converter aggregator or Cryptocompare
If your choice is Free Converter- add the free API key of the converter in this field. How to get a free API key for the converter -is here If the field is empty, Free Converter will use the default API key – this may create an error when getting the exchange rate.
4. After you selected aggregator, press “Save changes”
5. Come back to the Currency tab. Put rate manually or press Get Rate button. Exchange rate used to convert an amount from your base currency to the currency indicated in the row.
*Click the “Get Rate” column, next to the currency for which you would like to set the exchange rate.
* Or enter the exchange in the Exchange Rate column. Important: you must enter a valid exchange rate, which must be numeric, greater than zero, and with the point as a decimal separator, or the Currency Switcher will consider the rate invalid. The formatting of the prices on the frontend will still use the decimal separator you configure for the currency.

Here is gif for better understanding
If you will follow these steps, there should be no issues.
6. To change the design of switcher, open the Frontend Switcher tab. All available option and how to set them, you can find here https://woobewoo.com/documentation/currency-main-settings/#3 or https://woobewoo.com/documentation/currency-switcher-mode/
7. In the Display rules tab, select the devices on which the panel should be displayed. https://mk0woobewooh0y8boa8s.kinstacdn.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/02/screenshot-7-1.png
*Display everywhere – select pages from the list on which you want to display the panel. P
*Check the “Enable” to display the panel on each page. Also, you can display it for certain categories and for custom post types.
8. Also, you can add Currency Switcher into the site content with the help of widgets. https://woobewoo.com/documentation/add-currency-switcher/Please, try it and let me know if you still have problems with getting a rate.
Best regardI choose cryptocompare as I have no free converter API, I click “get rate”, no data. The currency bar even didn’t show up at front end.
