Issues with Notifications

    My client is currently having issues receiving notifications when a calculation has been completed. Alongside this, the notifications to the customer email takes 6+ hours to send. Are there any known issues for this?

    The email is sent to your host as soon as the application is completed. I can’t control what happens after that. So talk to your host.

    No response from the OP. I’m not seeing any issues with notifications so closing this thread.
