What does the “!” mean in the scan status

I just installed Wordfence on my staging site and ran a scan. On the status bar (the bar with the check marks for each scan completed), several of the scans (specifically “File Changes” and “Vulnerability Scan”) , rather than showing up with a check mark, display an “!” instead. What does the “!” mean? I presume it’s something I need to fix, but I have no idea what it’s complaining about. Can anybody give me a few hints.
