Scrolling Support, Retina Support, Responsiveness, Custom Pins.

    Hi Patrick,
    I have been trying your OSM plugin on several pages, tested on both mobile and desktop and I am loving it – especially being able to access all the leaflet-elements through classes is great and so much better than what Google offers. Thanks for opening this up to EM!
    There are just a few issues that I have not been able to find a way around. Here goes:
    1.) Scrolling maps is difficult. You want to scroll the canvas but instead you scroll the map. Is there a hack that I can use to get around this?
    2.) No support for Retina? Maps look pixellated on mobile and MacBook.
    3.) Responsiveness is a challenge (for me…). I would love to be able to set width and height of a map to 100% but it always wants to have one of the two as a pixel-value.

    4.) I would love to be able to substitute the marker-icons by my own custom icon. I can do this by hard-replacing the icon through ftp but this means I have to remember to replace it after each update.
