I have been having issues with your plugin. Here are a few examples:

    1. I changed the aspect ratio of the images on the page listed, to 200×300 and it shows correctly in the “gallery preview” but when i log out of wordpress and view the page, it still looks incorrect.

    2. When there is a plugin update needed, the galleries temporarily stop showing until I update it.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @motorcitypicturesdetroit,

    1) Sounds like a local browser caching issue of some kind. Would you please ensure that you clear your cache for any caching / optimisation plugins you may have running on your site.

You can also go to: FooGallery -> Settings and clear both the HTML and CSS cache buttons.

    2) Are you saying that when FooGallery has a plugin update notification the galleries stop showing? I can’t think of any reason that galleries would be affected as the notification is simply that – a notification about an available update – it does not affect the existing FooGallery plugin in any way as nothing has yet been updated.

Does that make sense? It sounds like something else may be causing this issue. If you see the galleries stop showing again would you please let us know so we can take a look at that time?

Let me know how you get on.

    Thanks in advance,

    Phill

    Hi Phill,

    1. I think it is fixed. I cleared the cache, html and css, for the page.

    2. I will notify you if it happens again, thanks.
