“SHA hash did not Matched” error

We have updated the plugin to version 5.0. We are using WooCommerce 3.5.5. Most of the orders seem to be working fine, but we got one order that says “Pending Payment” and it has this note:
“SHA has did not matched for this transaction. Please contact support contact plugin support for help.” (Yes, the grammar seems weird, but that’s what it says.)
The weird thing is even though it shows as “Pending Payment” it looks like Authorize.net says we actually got the money.
Can you tell us what this error is and if you know why it occurred?
