I just created a new user on my website and made them a Support Manager. They are unable to see any tickets. I have tried a variety of settings.

    Is this a bug?
I’m going to bet that any tickets opened from now will be visible to the new Support Manager but old ones are not.

    Regards

Also thanks for adding link to user profile on support tickets – very handy for my membership website and I’m sure other people.
Oh, maybe another bug. I changed email address for one customer earlier (he has no access to his old email so I had to do it manually) and now there is no link on support tickets to access his profile.
Also he says he is unable to reply to support tickets…gets a message about “Unknown email address” or similar.
I will probably start a new topic for that in the future, but just so you’re aware.

    Thanks

The time at which a ticket is logged has no relation to who can access the ticket.

Which membership plugin are you using and does the user in question have any other roles on your WP site?

It would be useful if you could send me the system info file which you can generate via Tickets -> Tools. You can upload via our website at https://kb-support.com
