• Iā€™m an issue on our site where the non-purchaseable X does not go away on new products ā€“ whether it is ticked or unticked. There is another ticket open on same issue, but there was no solution.

    WooCommerce version: Version 3.5.5
    Plugin version 1.2

Any help on sorting this out would be appreciated.

    Hi Cheronixon,

Thanks for letting me know. I’ve tested this with a few caching plugins (W3 Total Cache and WP Super Cache) and when the cache is emptied it no longer shows the message on the front-end.

I’m wondering if this is just a caching issue. Are you currently using any caching plugins?

    Thanks.

I don’t have any caching plugins. I tried emptying the server side one through my host with no luck. I’ll keep testing now that I know it could be a caching problem.

Thanks for the update. I’m not yet certain it’s a caching issue, but the only way I’ve been able to replicate this issue so far has been through page and database caching.

I’ll have another look to see if I can replicate it another way.
