Vimeo Video on Mobile / tablet w/o sound

    I uploaded a video on Vimeo to include it on my website.
    It works fine on a laptop but as soon as I open the site on an iPhone or iPad, I am not able to hear any sound and there is no button to regulate the sound or unmute.

    Could you help me what I need to do?

    Thank you for reaching out to us!
    I have just checked your website and video on 2 iPhones and it works as it should. The video plays directly with sound and you can control the volume directly from your phone (the volume buttons on the phone’s side).

    Can you please check this again and see if it works?
