Date / Time formats

Hello,

first of all, thank you alot for this awesome plugin!
I am wondering, if there would be a possibility to manually edit the date & time format instead of using pre-selected ones.

Over here it is common (especially when money is involved) to use the legal date format which would be tt.mm.jjjj. I see no option to choose something like this and sadly also no place to edit it manually (updateproof).
