Widgets not showing up

    I cannot get the widgets to show up.
    I am going to Admin>Appearance>Customize, I get to an empty page, and a form on the sidebar (TOC); this has a button prompting me to “Upgrade Now”.

    If I click on the Widgets item, I get the following message, “Your theme has 7 widget areas, but this particular page doesn’t display them.

    You can navigate to other pages on your site while using the Customizer to view and edit the widgets displayed on those pages.”

    Please also ensure to use the latest version of the theme.

    It’s also recommended testing for a plugin conflict by deactivating all the third party plugins on your site, and see if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can specify which one by reactivating them one at a time.?
