• Hello –

    I am getting the following error when using reCaptcha in a caldera form placed in a Popup Maker popup.

    Error: reCAPTCHA placeholder element must be an element or id

    Do you know of a fix for this or why it is happening?

    Thanks.

    Hi Jason,

    Thank you for using Caldera Forms Anti-Spam, I’m sorry to hear about the issue you are facing here.

    I am going to test this on my end over the next couple of days to see if I can recreate this issue.

    Do you have a link to your page where this issue is occurring? If you can setup a test page to recreate this issue I’d be more than happy to take a look at it and see if there are any errors on the frontend that I can notice immediately.

    Thank you for your patience.

    @andrewza

    Here is a test page I setup:

    Popup Test

    As soon as you land on the page, you’ll notice the error in console immediately. Hopefully this helps.

    Thanks,
    Jason
