After activating the plugin and loading the main page of the website, an ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS error is encountered. Not sure if this is due to using the plugin on an https site or not. Any help is appreciated.

    Hi @battleredtexan,

    Thanks for contacting me.
The plugin uses standard wp_redirect() function to redirect to the profile page.
I hope the issue may be due to SSL not properly configured for your website.

If the problem persists, leave a message I will be happy solving it for you.

    Thanks in advance

For checking, I may be needing the admin details or access to it. If possible.

Or if possible I will review the plugin once again on different SSL websites on my end, meanwhile, you can disable this plugin for time being.

I will get back to you ASAP

    Thanks

I have another question is it possible that it works for all profile fields after registering? that is, the user continues to fill in the profile fields after registration https://prntscr.com/n6wrk9

    Currently it works like this.

    1. Admin sets up profile fields
    2. User registers
    3. If any field that is required is not filled by use then it redirects user to buddypress default profile page.

User will not be able to perform anything untill all profile fields are filled up.

Though, I will test the plugin for SSL issues once again tonight

@demente1987 , @battleredtexan the redirect loop issue on https:// websites is fixed.

    Please use the version 1.1

Let me know if it works for you

Perfect, the update fixed the issue. I would like to make a feature request as well. It would benefit users if they could see an alert or banner that lets them know why they are being redirected, otherwise they may mistake the redirect loop to be a site error, etc.

if it works but now it delays too much the load time of the website and stays loading and loading

@battleredtexan , Thanks I have noted your suggestion.

I will try to add this feature very soon, but I cannot say an estimated date as of now.
