Form won’t send to Gmail accounts

    I’m having an issue where the form will not send entries to any gmail account. I’ve tried with several gmail and gsuite accounts and the entries do not go through. However, it will send to any other email (live mail, outlook, etc…) Is there any reason this might be happening and how can we fix it?

    Hi lifesabargain,

    When we’ve seen similar errors, it is due to strict email filters of your email account. To fix this, you can configure a SMTP plugin on your site to send emails as authenticated.

    We have an article on recommended SMTP plugins and links to their setup tutorials.
