PDF External Links and TOC not working

    We are new users of this PRO plugin. We have uploaded our ebook pdf file in version 5. We have a number of links to external websites in the text. All the external links and TOC in the pdf worked normally when opened with Acrobat Reader. Once we test-purchased and downloaded it through your plugin (enabling only encryption of purchaser email watermark) however, none of the links in the pdf works any longer. Is there a solution to this? We need to resolve ASAP please.

    UPDATE: We tried the same pdf file after disabling encryption, downloaded it from our eBook Store and all the links and TOC worked again normally. It’s the encryption that disables the links in the PDF? This is obviously an unexpected behavior and one that makes the plugin unusable. What’s the workaround?

    Despite several attempts to contact you here and on your IM, we did not hear from you. We will like to get a refund for this plugin, as we cannot use it for our pdf.

    I was away for a few days due to family matters / gathering and my son’s birthday.

    The problem is how PHP framework handles the encrypted PDF files.

    I am working on changing that method (there aren’t many possible solutions though)

    for future customers benefit. Your refund was sent as we have money back guarantee and we kept our promise.

    This does not seem resolved, I am facing the same issue with the PRO version. The watermark does not work without encyrption checked. But with encryption, the hyperlinks and bookmarks does not work! Please resolve it, thank you!

    Alan, for me it is mostly cross-references within the book. And the bookmarks. These are lost with the encrypt option. Anyways, I don’t need the encrypt option. I have checked it only because the watermark option doesn’t work without that!

    If you want it watermarked it is the only answer I can find

    I don’t find a reason for the watermark to work only with encryption. Something mixed up in the plugin scripts, I guess.
