Last update wont activate the plugin

Though idk if this is an issue with the plugin,

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare deep_free_setViews() (previously declared in /Users/paulo/Desktop/estc/site/wp-content/themes/deep-free/functions.php:593) in /Users/paulo/Desktop/estc/site/wp-content/plugins/deep-free-plus/functions/functions-general.php on line 1304

I’m having issues with the plugin always when activate it, it displays message about invalid headers, but it would activate in a second try, but now wont activate anymore.
