Automatic display table of contents on my posts

    Please, let me 2 questions.

    1. Can I display the table of contents automatically on all my posts?

    There are over 500 articles on my site. And it’s hard for me to add a shortcode to each article manually.

    2. Can I change the main title text “Table of Contents” to something else? My websites language on russian.
