    Hi @volodika

Let’s first check the server settings to make sure you have everything up to date. Reach out to your hosting provider and confirm they have thehttps://www.imagely.com/docs/requirements/ settings in place.

With those in place, everything should work smoothly for you. If the issue still shows up, let’s check to see if there is a plugin conflict happening. Temporarily deactivate all plugins, then reactivate NextGEN Gallery only. Does the issue still appear? If so, temporarily switch to a WordPress default theme (this deactivation is only intended to quickly check to see if the issue goes away or is still present). If by deactivating the other plugins the issue does go away, reactivate each of the other plugins one at a time to locate the culprit. Keep me posted on your results ??

    Hi @volodika

We understand that you have already checked our requirements, but would you like to take a look at this link? https://www.imagely.com/docs/requirements/
Please, check with your hosting provider if you meet those requirements

Have you tried to remove the plugin and re-install the plugin again?
Another option will be to activate “WordPress debug mode”, and then check for the log file to see if there is some information about the existing problem.

    Please, keep us posted.

I deleted plugin to re install it. All my galeries dissapeared. How it possible ?
Can I restore them from DB ?

    (@gabyimagely)

    Hi @volodika

That process shouldn’t do that to your galleries.
Are you still able to see the galleries on the Manage Gallery menu link?

About how to restore your photos from your database; of course, we do recommend performing a full website backup before attempting any troubleshooting in your end.

Do you have a backup of the whole site?
Perhaps you can go back to that point in time.

    I restored galleries.
But in this case when I trying to add gallery fromadmin I got error
Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'register_child' of undefined
And on frontend I see only shortcode text. I updated to last plugin version and disabled all plugins, but not helped.
I see empty window when trying to add gallery https://prntscr.com/mqwtco

    Hi @volodika,

Please note that you need a full site ( files and database ) restore from the backup just to make sure that you wouldn’t get any orphaned database entries.

I verified and there no orphaned entries. Maybe I can grant to you access to admin and FTP and will see by yourself what can do ?

    Hi @volodika

We want to take a closer look at your problem trying to add our galleries. We may need to deactivate plugins and switch the theme while troubleshooting temporarily. Would you feel OK with that? If so, please send us a bug report here: https://www.imagely.com/report-bug, refer back to this forum thread and let them know Gaby referred you.

    Thanks!
