Header Image not appearing

  • Hi guys,

    After setting up without issue initially, the header image for my page is now not being displayed. It shows on the preview when I customise the page, but it’s not showing up in the live site for some reason.

    Could you please let us know how you added the header image. Is it the header image or the banner you’re talking about?

    Hello. I am not @glennhansen, but I am having the exact problem.

    My homepage has had a header image, added by way of the customizer… and it has been showing for about a year.

    I added a new photo to the homepage. The header still displayed.

    Then, I more recently tried to change the header to a new image. Now no header image — even though showing in the customizer preview as the “current header” — will display on the page.

    Could you please confirm you’re using Flat Responsive theme? It is because we only provide particular theme related support, you can see above in the forum.
