Would you be willing to give us more information about the issue you experienced and what exactly crashed, as this is a bit vague? Perhaps you can share a bit more details about this.
Once again, if you would like to give us the chance to we would be more than happy helping you debug this and getting to the bottom of it.
As you might imagine we spent a lot of time developing and creating Portum to offer to users for free and it is discouraging to see such a review without giving us the chance to investigate the situation or without providing any real details.
