    Hi there,
opening a form in FancyBox works great, but the lightbox closes when the submit button is hit. When I open the form in the lightbox once more, the success message is displayed there. Is it possible to avoid closing on submit somehow? Adding a “false” to the submit button/script somewhere?

    Many thanks
    Chris

    Hi chriswww,

Most popup windows are designed to close when an embedded form is submitted. A possible workaround is to redirect users to a Thank You/Confirmation page rather than displaying a confirmation message. For more details, please see our tutorial on how to set up confirmation pages.

    I hope this helps ??

    Thank you, Ethan!
Yes, that helps … a little bit ??
For just saying “Thank you!” I usually don’t make an extra page. Having this message in the lightbox I consider as much more elegant. But that would need some ajax magic, right?
Anyway, I will use it with a confirmation page. A lot of fun working with Wpforms on the whole!

    Hi chriswww,

Thanks for your feedback and suggestions!

Currently we don’t have AJAX submissions in WPForms. I’ve noted your suggestion to keep it on our team’s radar for future review.

If you’ve any other questions please feel free to reach out ??
