    Nearly everyone at my company is able to submit this form, and for them it sends the email, and using the CF7 redirect plugin redirects to /idx/sent

    However for me, the page just refreshes with the “/#wp…….” at the end of the URL, with all of the information still in the fields

    I can see that the information has made it into the Advanced CF7 Database, but no email is sent and I am not redirected to the “Sent” page

    At first I thought this was just an issue on my computer/with my browser, but I have tried several browsers with no luck.

    Also, another form, /idx/mc306 will not submit/send/redirect for anyone, not just me, so I think it’s something to do with our site/form

  • Try submitting the form when you are not logged into the WP Admin.

    It’s relatively common to have issues caused by the a conflict with your WP theme or one of the other plugins you are using, on the WP Admin.

    Switch temporarily (nothing will be lost when you switch back) to a WP default theme & disable all plugins other than Contact Form 7 to see if the problem goes away.

    If it does you can switch back to your theme & re-activate each plugin one by one to see when the problem occurs.

    Trying while not logged in was a good idea, but no go, unfortunately.

    I don’t have the authority to deactivate the theme, unfortunately. I’ll see what my boss thinks when he gets back from his trip.

    I swear I have tried this umpteen different ways, but I just went back in and updated the “to” and “from” fields one more time (don’t ask me why) and it seems to be working now. Nooooo clue what’s different now versus the hours I spent on it before, but resolved (at least for now)

    That screenshot shows that your To: field is incorrectly setup. CF7 is giving you a warning on this & I’m surprised you’re receiving any emails.

    You probably mean to have something like:

    To: [sendtomarketleader] <[email protected]>

    I see where you’re coming from. I actually have a checkbox on the form itself that contains an email address for [sendtomarketleader] that will only copy that company on the email if the box is checked. Thanks though
