Plugin Blocking Checkout functionality

    The plugin is blocking the checkout even its not blocked on the plugin settings.
    When I tried to checkout on https://woocommerce-242860-747234.cloudwaysapps.com/checkout/ no error is shown and I cant checkout ,when i checked the logs I have found this
