    Hi CleanTalk Support,

    I have been a CleanTalk customer for many years.

    I updated your plugin last night 15/02/2019 and today 15/02/2019 my own domain has been blacklisted by you.

    This is shocking and has caused so many problems for us today as we have been trying to post our articles on our Facebook account and it would not let us – giving us the ‘Blacklisted’ message.

    My host found this:

    https://cleantalk.org/blacklists/206.189.31.235

    Which then found the issue as to why.

    I need my IP removed from the blacklist please for we have not been spamming anyone! We are a publication which simply posts out news and features every day and have been for over 10 years.

    Something has been done here in error.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
