Contact Form Not Working

    On my product page, the inquiry tab is showing the message [contact-form-7 404 “Not Found”]. I have attempted disabling and re-enabling both plugins, but it doesn’t seem to be working. Any ideas to get this working would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi leela84,

    Could you please try the following troubleshooting steps and see if this makes the form appear?
    Firstly, by navigating to the “Premium” area of the “Options” tab please disable the “Product Inquiry Form”. Now please delete the existing form by navigating to the “Contact” area from the WordPress admin sidebar. You could enable the form again by navigating to the “Premium” area of the “Options” tab. Do you now see the form in the “Inquiry” tab and does it work correctly?
