Marked as spam in Akismet?

  • Hi,

    I have a quality site with lots of good content, lots of regular visitors and so on.
    EEA Mobiltelefoner

    My problem is that I can’t write the url of the site if I want to comment on someone else blog ??

    If I try to do so, I get a blank screen when I click submit in the comment area.

    Why is that? I have some idea that it’s because my site is marked as spam in Akismet. How can I get unmarked if that’s the case?*

    *) I have no idea why my site should marked like spam, but it just sound logical due to the problem I’m experiencing.

  • I wouldn’t have thought it was Akismet but, if you want, try a test comment on:

    https://quirm.net/2009/03/10/unique-comment-links/

    Let me know if you get a blank screen and I’ll check the back end to see if the comment has been filtered.

    I didn’t get a blank screen when I commented on your post. But at the same time, I didn’t get any message about my comment had to be reviewed, etc.

    I look forward to hear if you can see the comment in your backend – and maybe tell me what is going wrong.
