Sticky AD Bar question

Hi,

One of your extensions, Advanced AMP ADS, is offering the option to add sticky ad bar to mobile devices.

Is Google allowing this? I’ve read somewhere that Google has changed its terms of use and restricts the use of any sticky ad banners.

Can you please elaborate on it, because I’d like to have a sticky bar below, but I don’t wanna break any regulations or rules.
