• When I try to upload videos with through the dashboard, the files show up the message “Media error: Format(s) not supported or source(s) not found” and “The resource you are looking for has been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.”

I set up wordpress through Microsoft Azure. I’ve deactivated all plugins and themes, yet the problem continues. What am I missing here? Thanks!

Images upload fine. I am getting problems when uploading “mp4” videos.

When I check my files through FTP, the video files are there. But they come up as missing through the WP interface.

Same issue here. Installed a WP 5.1.1 on Azure Free Tier for testing. Template is “Audioman”. I′m trying to use the header-Video.
I′ve allready tried activating/deactivating all plugins.
I installed “WP-Dateimanager”-Plugin to check if the file is there.
I made an mp4 by exporting PowerPoint. I re-encoded it with handbrake.
    …but nothing works. Any ideas?!

//edit: not working in any browser! Not the Safari-Problem…
