Submit Rating Button

the submit rating button should appear only on mobile devices if prevent accidental votes feature is enabled. Please provide me with the link to the website so I can check it out.

I checked on my websites and everything seems to work fine. So, it’s very hard for me to debug this without actually seeing the website.

By the way, did you clear cache after the update? Especially if you are using some kind of minify css and js plugin?

How do I go about clearing the cache?

This depends on the cache plugin – check out the documentation for the plugin you are using. If the button is seen already on page load, it’s very likely that that’s the issue – button is by default hidden: see rate-my-post-public.css line 123.

I figured out the cause. My website was set on the cloud server as Redis Cache. As soon as I switched it to Nginx, the button was no longer displayed.
